Above & Beyond Caring job coaches work hand-in-hand with participants and local Texas employers to provide tailored on-the-job training, task accommodation, and communication support, ensuring lasting success for both the employee and the employer.

Core Employment Components

• Job Development & Placement: Identifying the individual’s interests, strengths, and ideal workplace culture.
• Intensive On-the-Job Coaching: One-on-one training at the job site until the employee has mastered their duties.
• Ongoing Job Retention Support: Regular check-ins with managers, co-workers, and the individual to troubleshoot challenges and foster promotions.
• Employer Partnership: Educating employers on disability etiquette, tax incentives, and accommodations.
