Helping People Stay in Their Home Sweet Home
Supported Home Living (SHL) services help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live in their own homes or with family members rather than in an institutional or shared residential setting. Services are tailored to each person's unique needs, preferences, and goals, with the ultimate aim of promoting independence and active community inclusion.
Our trained direct support specialists visit the home on scheduled intervals to assist with daily living tasks, provide personal care, and teach habilitative skills that allow the individual to maintain their independence in a familiar, comfortable environment.
